How I make sure I didn't issue a refund twice?

I issued a refund just wanted to make sure I didn’t accidentally issue it twice it showed up twice once

does this look like it went through twice or is this only once ????thank you

well, what you typed for your example shows a charge of $319, and then a minute later a refund of $319.  so that is only 1 refund.  the logos are different for the transactions too.
