[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Mobile app passcode question]
My co-worker and I each have an iPhone and are using them as mobile points of service. I am the owner on the account and she is set up as a team member. My phone requires a passcode when opening the Point of Sale app. Hers does not. I have searched everywhere for how to require this for security purposes, including toggling "Require passcodes." She can just open the app and enter transactions. How do I set her phone to also require entry of the passcode?
We both have 2-factor authentication set up, but it is only required when logging in.

Is your employee set to log in using an email & password combination, or are you using device codes?
