My employee lives in another state than my business is registered, does square handle the taxes still?

We don't really have a solution at this time to handle tax for employees who live in a different state, unfortunately. Hopefully that's something we can add in a future to better support employers like yourself. You might want to consider an alternative provider for that employee to make sure that all the necessary taxes are paid and filed.
