How do you disable item description sync through the online store?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: I can not disable item description sync]

 

I need to disable item description sync in square online so that I can use the rich text in my store but I find it impossible to turn off. When I toggle the sync switch to off it will not remain off and I cannot save it to off. As soon as I toggle the switch to off and then select any other option it automatically returns to the on position - It simply will not remain off - Thanks

HI, in reading the Sync Off description I believe if you turn it off your items will not sync with the Square Library (meaning Square itself for payments).

 

Do you plan on using a different payment provider?  Are you on a Paid Plan to do so?

HI, after reading the description regarding turning sync off, I believe it will not sync with the Square Library (meaning Square payments).

 

To use a different payment provider you would need to upgrade to a Paid Plan.
