It is not letting me set up an online store, is this because my bank account is not verified yet?
Every time I click online store to set it up, it says that it’s not available. Anyone know why?

Your bank account verification doesn't determine your ability to setup an Online Store with Square.
Everything looks like it's available and behaving as normal, what was it that you were seeing when you click on the Online Store tab in your Dashboard?
