When I get paid for fulfilling an order, who does the sales tax go to? (such as state tax dept or IRS).
Also, I saw on box 4 of the form 1099K that there are federal withholdings. Am I able to put an amount in there and if so, how would I set that up?

Hello @CNChargerArtWrx thanks for your post. I'm not certain about the 1099k form, but as far as your Sales Tax...it is included in your Square deposits. Square does not keep and/or remit any sales tax for you. They collect it by adding it to your credit card charges, and they pass that amount onto you when you receive your deposits. You can find this amount in your reports. You are responsible for filing and paying the sales tax with your local/state tax burea. Also, if you make any cash or check sales that include sales tax, you'll need to add that amount to what you remit for your sales tax.
