Please have a feature where employers can block off certain days that can be requested off especially after its been requested off already by multiple employees. That would help out so much!

Also, adding a way to split tips in a pooled system based on percentages. For example, servers is XX%, hosts is XX%, bar is XX%. That would make this payroll system amazing.

Bosses should be able to edit a days shift even if it started........i had a employee leave because of an emergency half the day.......and i could not edit shift.

One feature that would help is if we can add a balance to an account. like if someone wants to pay for the guest $100 towards services it can be add it and use at the time to checkout.

Please create the option the black out dates so employees can see that those dates are not available to request time off.

It would also be nice to see more than one week on the same page. When we schedule multiple weeks out it would help make it easier to make sure no one gets scheduled too many days in a row.

Please reset your clock system for reports. My business is able to sell from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the report gives me my complete balance on the report the next morning, but any products rang up after midnight also go on the next days report. This causes me to make a adjustment on the next days report (over ring)  makes for more work, including my employees  have to be notified of the amount to subtract from their shift

Please make scheduling and manager approvals through the iOS app.  We live on our mobiles to most everything for the business, but have to get onto a laptop to do these basic staff management tasks.  Thanks!

PLEASE make it possible to sort open tickets by last name. I've seen this asked in other forums since like 2017 and it's still not a feature. Almost all bars sort the cards they hold by last name, and it's so difficult to have those two systems different.

Is it possible to see the MONTH view of the schedule on the dashboard REGISTER?  I use it on my computer all the time but isn't an option on the register in my store.

Hey @Kjrenovation, my name's Corey and I'm a product manager working on Square Appointments. If I'm understanding your request correctly, this is something you should already be able to do in the product. In Communication settings, in the Appointments section of your Square Dashboard, you can enable reminder notifications for upcoming services. When adjusting these settings you can control the channel they're sent (email, SMS, or both) and when they're sent (e.g. 1 day before). Hope this helps, but let me know if this isn't what you're looking for.

All functionality should be available on an iPad today (via the browser).

In terms of the phone, there is some Square Staff functionality available within Square Team app today, and there is more that we are launching soon. Is there something in particularly you're hoping to do on mobile but that you can't today?

It would be great if you could add an events calendar to this as well, so that way we would be able to quickly know what is going on in a given day and be able to staff accordingly without having to look at an outside calendar.

That might be the thing I am most excited about! Not for doing the whole schedule but being able to change peoples shifts if something switches quickly and conveniently!
