Automated appointment times inaccurate

Am I the only person whose clients receive a different appointment time when they receive there confirmation?

I mean they literally book an appointment for one time and receive a confirmation for a whole nother time🤔 3 hours different in some cases

Thanks for writing in, I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community! 

 

When you have a moment, check your Online Booking Preferences from your Square Appointments Dashboard > Settings > Calendar & Booking. From here make sure Lock booking time zone to business location time zone is selected so your customers are booking in for the time zone your business is in.
