You’re invited to beta test Square Bill Pay for Android. Stop writing and mailing paper checks — with Square Bill Pay for Android, it’s now easier to pay your vendor invoices, rent, freelancers, and more. Previously only available on iOS and Dashboard, we are excited to begin testing this feature on Android devices!
This test will allow you to pay bills and vendors from your Square Dashboard or the Square Invoices app by:
- Digitizing, tracking and paying bills in seconds
Bill Pay for Android scans your paper and digital invoices and automatically imports them into your Bill Pay so you can track due dates and schedule online payments in just a few clicks. Of course, you can also manually enter bill information.
- Pay your way
Make Bill Payments any way you want – pay from your Square Checking account (free!), or your external bank account by linking your debit card ( free!), or pay with any credit card (2.9% fee) to earn rewards and defer actual cash flow.
- Convenience for your vendors
Your vendors will have the option to receive the funds through a bank deposit, which will make future payments to them easy. Or we can email them a digital check that they can download and make a mobile check deposit. They don’t have to sign up for any service.

Beta Participation Expectations
- Test the Bill Pay for Android feature and share feedback via email or beta community requests. The Beta Team will send out occasional emails with questions directly from our Product Team.
- Complete beta survey approximately 2-3 weeks after start of beta testing
