So for the last 2 years I've been paying my rent on automatic payment from Square checking to Intuit Quickbooks. As of last week Quickbooks isnt accepting my payments and are declining them. I have plenty of money in my account. Any insight?

Have you reached out to QuickBooks directly to find out why the payments have been declined? You can contact their team directly at (877) 683 3280.
If for some reason they’re not able to help you, please reply back to me with your support ticket number, and I’ll see what I can do from my side. Thank you!
