My customer paid a balance it shows in my transactions but not in my balance

Please understand that the Community is not the same as Customer Support however, there are lots of people here who do have experience using Square.   As we don't have any additional details concerning your scenario, all we can is take a guess.  If you don't have the optional instant transfer feature (which costs extra) or have a Square Checking Account setup, the normal transfer times can take one to two days.  If the transaction occurred over the weekend or on a holiday or it's a holiday weekend, the time can take additional one to two days.  Square's Instant Transfer works well but, you do pay extra for this feature.  And I believe that if you have setup a Square Checking Account, the funds show up quicker.  If you have either of these two options and don't see the funds right away, probably contacting Customer Support would be your next step as they can check things out for you.
