Need address added to a paid invoice

Hi,

 

I am a customer that is trying to get changes to a couple of invoices from my personal trainer. I know that changes can't be made to paid invoices, but I need the company address added to the invoices.  Is there a "work around" to this?  My company reimburses gym and personal training fees, but the invoices needs to have the company name and address on it.  The invoices I have only have the trainer's name, phone, and email address.  The deadline to submit this is the end of the year.  Can anyone help me?

So you're trainer is the one who uses Square Invoices and those were sent to you, correct?

 

Whose companies information needs to be on the invoice , your company or your trainers company?

 

Trying to make sure I am reading your question correctly.
