Thank you! I appreciate the opportunity to have someone look. I haven’t sold anything from the site yet, but I’d like to move away from Etsy. I sell a lot at shows but really want to get the online store active.

If there was a sample style of what to enter into these sections, it would be most helpful! 

 

Also, I invoiced a customer who selected a .58 shipping option (flat envelope for 1 oz letter)  (instead of the $4.75 option to mail a padded yellow envelope) needed to mail the items she purchased online, and via text she was super nice and immediately agreed to pay the invoice, got the invoice 2 days ago, and told me not to cancel it last night, but is it clear in those invoices that are emailed how to complete the request? I don't know what to do here. I don't want to keep texting her -

My main concern is my delivery method. I dont ship. I only travel all over East Tennessee and meet people in public parking lots. It won't allow me to add each parking lot as my pick up locations since I dont own the businesses, I only use their parking lots. I need HELP with making the checkout process smoother when it comes to the customer picking the location they want to meet me in!
