I don't use this feature, but the only thing I could think of that may work would be Square Teams.  Maybe someone that uses Teams can jump in and give more input. Below is a link to Getting started with Square teams.

As far as being able to add people to work on your site, @rtfulk gave the great suggestion of Square Teams ! You can add your team members using their own emails and then set up what they can have access to such as your website.
