Multi-Tiered Subscriptions

Hello!  I am looking for a platform to offer 3 different "memberships" to my business.  I understand they are described as subscriptions.  Each level would be a different price point monthly but I do not want to have to have an item or class attached to it.  They are simply a way for guests to have access to what we offer at my business.  We offer classes and massage.  I have attached my membership idea for clarification.  Is this possible with Square's Online platform?  I have Acuity but that does not work for my purpose.

I believe you should be able to easily set up subscriptions and offer multiple tiers like you have listed.  you will need an item attached to it so you can just call the item 24.99 subscription, etc
