Pre Orders for Next Day Pickup with Restricted Pickup Window

I'm having some trouble figuring out how to set up pre-orders for my square site.

So, we have a special item that I want to be available for pickup within a specific time window on the next business day, but I want customers to be able to put their order in anytime for the pickup window range (next day).

I'm seeing an option for pre-ordering for a specific date/date range, and I'm seeing the option to create time-based categories online, but neither of those are ideal for me.

I'm just wondering if there's another way to create a restricted pickup window for a specific category that I haven't noticed.

Have you tried adjusting the prep time for these particular items?  It feels like the feature you are looking for isn't currently available in Square Online. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request.
