I'm trying to charge a card, but it fails. Says to check card information for accuracy including zipcode, but there is not place anywhere to put a zipcode. What do you all do for a typed in card? It's a virtual card.

In order for me to better understand this issue, could you tell me where you are trying to enter this payment? In the Square App, on a Point of Sale, or on the Virtual Terminal?
