We are new to Square Register. One issue we are having is that cashiers, after they enter notes for an item, are missing the 'Save' button and are hitting the '+' button and are accidentally charging for an extra item. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Is there a Square suggestion email address or form somewhere? I really don't want to open a support ticket because this is user error. But it seems like it would be easy for the devs to maybe relocate the button. There is plenty of screen space.
It would be great if you could post this to the Square Seller Community's Feature Requests and Ideate board.
