Square for Restaurants crashes during credit card charge.

We've been experiencing periodic crashes with Square for Restaurants that results in either dupe charges or our tickets remaining open (successful charge but tickets remain open). Our work around has been to close the charge by adding the tip immediately (not sustainable during busy times at my pub). This past Sunday, during our busiest Father's Day ever, for an hour every transaction was failing. We'd run the card, Square for Restaurants would close, and we'd have to do the dance to figure out if there was multiple charges or if a ticket was still open. Please help.

Make sure that customers are not inserting their cards until the payment screen is fully up! In the latest update, this issue arises on our end and causes the register to freeze and then ultimately crash. This may be what you are experiencing! Hope this helps!

We are a full service restaurant so we're running the cards ourselves. I'll def give the staff this feedback to see if that works. Thank you Jacob.
