The title of this thread has been edited from the original: exchange?
Is this still a two step process? If so its ridiculous. How hard is it to figure out an exchange instead of refund only when its available on your the other system!

If you're using Square's Retail, you can process an exchange in one step per this article. Otherwise, it's still a two-step process.
