Is there a way to add a banner to the top of your site? I’d like to add like “spend over ___ and receive free shipping”

Hi, I reviewed the settings for Pop-ups and there is not a permanent option.  You could add the information into the main banner image.

Hi, you can find Pop-ups here.  Online Dashboard, Website, scroll down to Pop-ups.
