Has anyone else experienced a delay when processing an exchange in Square for Retail? I love the exchange feature, but customers want a receipt to show that the exchange has taken place, and there is always a delay from the time the exchange is processed to having the transaction show up in the transactions list. I have to find the original transaction on my computer and print the exchange from there. The original transaction in the Square for Retail POS does not show that the exchange has taken place.

I've reached out to the Square for Retail team to see if this is a known issue. I can't imagine why you wouldn't be able to view the exchange in the app, but be able to view it in the Online Dashboard. Have you tried general troubleshooting? Such as deleting and reinstalling the app? Please only do this if you don't have any payments taken in Offline Mode.
Let me know if that works, and I'll follow up with you when I hear something.
