I had been using Square for Retail (free) version since opening an account with Square. Recently I had Square for Retail connect to an old bank to try and extract funds and now I have Bank Charges.
I had changed banks back in 2019 and had updated my bank account within Square in 2019. I did not authorize Square for Retail 9paid subscription service) so why would Square connect to a bank account that is no longer in my account?
How can I get this resolved? How can I get someone at Square to help me understand what happened and how can I get reimbursement for the bank charge?
