Our company has gym space that can either be rented for private use by the hour, or can be used by our instructors to provide a service (one-on-one training in that space). Is there a way to set up appointments, so that a customer has to book both the space and the service for a particular time, and the availability for both is visible to clients online? For example, say we have three gym spaces and all three of them are rented to clients that chose the service "rent for personal use" from noon to 1pm. Then another client wants to book a personal training service with our trainer "Bob" who is available from noon to 1pm. Is there a way to require that both the space and the service, ie "Bob", are both available? In other words, a way to make sure that we don't book someone for personal training with "Bob" from noon to 1pm when there is no space available to do that that training. Any settings, tricks, or work arounds to do this?
