trying to get a monthly total units sold and dollar of sales

I'm trying to compare the last two years month to month with total sales along side units sold. I think it can be done by going month to month but was hoping there's a way to break it down and run it as the whole year.

The Easiest way I found to do what you want to do is, export your Transactions Detail CSV for both time frames or for the entire year(s).

I have done this for 2019,2020,2021....2023.

I then merge these csv's to One file or if you have excel you can use power query to do this for you.  Then do a Pivot table on the data.

Other wise you would have to use Square to do one report for a certain time frame then print it out and repeat for the other time frame.
