The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Self booking app.
When my clients with (iPhone) use self booking app get a blank page after adding the code that was text to them by square. Many of them have to go through the process several times before they finaly book an appointment and get a conformation. How or what should they do to make the process simpler?

Hi @Sam3, thanks for flagging this. Your clients should be able to book appointments from your online booking site/ Can you provide a bit more information about the self-booking app your clients are using?

- iPhone users click the square button to book appointment.
- Select one or more services (click continue)
- Click on date of service
- Enter contact details
- Request a code
- When code is enterd in the square code box (click to continue)
The screen goes white with no pregretion at all.
This is with many of my iphone users. If you are looking for more information I do not know what else to tell you the Square program will not let them move forward. I don't know what else to tell you. Square will not allow them to book once code is entered.

- Yes they they have let the phone sit for 20 min. thinking the program was slow.

Thank you for this detailed reply @Sam3! That shouldn't be happening. Does refreshing the page help when they reach the blank screen?
So we can determine if it's an issue with the client's browser on their iPhone, or with the Appointments booking site can you ask your clients the following questions?
- How do you open the Appointments booking website? From Safari/Firefox? Can they try from Google Chrome?
- What iPhone do you have?
If you know a specific client is experiencing this error I recommend calling our CS team so you can speak to an Appointments specialist. They can look up a specific client and investigate from there. (Rather than you sharing those details here in the Community, which is public!).

No refreshing the page is not helping at all, Square will restarts the booking process over again.. . . and again and again. On our end we have gone above and beond to figure out what is wrong. We have come to the conclution because it's more than one client with an iphone it must be in the square app/programing.

I can imagine how frustrating this is for you and your customers. I recommend giving our CS team a call so we can have an Appointments Specialist look at this. If they're able to replicate the issue, they'll file a ticket with our Engineering Team.
