Appointments disappearing from the schedule?

Random appointments are disappearing and then reappearing resulting in me being over booked for that time slot. How can this be fixed?

Can you try logging in and out of the app? If that doesn't work - please try deleting and reinstalling the app.

They will be able to take a closer look at this situation and point you in the right direction.  They can be reached at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday.
