Business hours says saved but not reflecting on customers end

I have adjusted my business hours however clients can still boo their appointment for when my business is closed. For exampe, im closed fridays and they can still book. I close at 7 but they can still book at 730 or 8. How can this be corrected i have saved my business hours multiple times on a desktop.

To be sure we're on the same page—can you make sure that your hours of availability are added in the Staff Member Hours section of the Staff tab?

 

If you're still encountering this issue and your appointment bookings aren't aligning properly with those settings, please let our Customer Success Team know. They'll be able to take a deeper dive into this for you.
