Difficulty importing catalog template

Hello. I am attempting tp upload my first sample catalog into Square. I've used the template and made no modifications to the column headers, but I keep gettting the error message: "Import file contains duplicate column headers (). Make sure all column headers are unique."

Strange.  So make sure none of the headers are the same.  What browser are you using?  Try Chrome.   When I started I found it helpfull to enter a couple manually first so I could see how it layed out the data.  Exported that and added my items to the sheet from there.

I don't know if this was resolved for them.  If my suggestions above don't work let me know.
