Error message: "Unable to perform charge. Failed to get squareClientId"
I receive this message when I try to use our store, hosted by EcWid. We have had two successful transactions prior to this experience. Nothing on our end has changed. Help!

@RestoreSoul @sidestepboxing Have you been able to contact Ecwid Support about this? Square processes payments for Ecwid but API functions are handled by Ecwid so they should be able to investigate this further.
If you've already contacted Ecwid please you let me know what they said!

I had this same error message. I went to dashboard > payment methods and debit/credit was not connected to my square account for some reason. I clicked on the account details to reconnect it and re-enabled it and it seems to be working now. I hope this helps.
