- For 2 days now I have been getting failed transfer notices when I try to immediately transfer funds to my bank account and I don't understand why. Any ideas?

How much are you trying to send via instant transfer?
Or what kind of error are you seeing when you try initiating?

I’m having this same problem. It’s says we were unable to transfer your funds. Please visit support. Also when I try to make a payment with the card it’s declining also. Helpppppp! Trying to place orders this in an inconvenience.

If you're having trouble with your transfers, it would be best to reach out to our CS Team directly.
They will have better access to in account specific information needed to get to the bottom of the transfer issues you're seeing: 1-855-700-6000.
