Here's how to contact Square's support team:

 

You'll need your customer code to call.  Follow the instructions below on how to get it.

Go to Square's support page.

Click “More”

Click "I don't see my issue"

Click "Call Support"

Write down your Customer Code

Call 1  855  700  6000

Good to see you posting in the Seller community again, welcome!

 

If you are wanting to open another account, you will need to utilize a different email other than the one that's already in use. 

 

Each Square account is unique to its own email address and is identified as such in our database. The exception to this is if you are wanting to open another location under the same email account, then both locations will be listed under that account email.

I have 2 accounts. i have been logged out and cannot get back in. i need to switch banking info on 1 account and i need help getting in to the other account. i would like to talk to a representative. what number can i call?? this is business related and i need help asap Mark

I signed up for Square Retail Plus by accident.  This has a monthly fee.  I will not use Square service monthly.  Please change my service so I do not have a monthly fee.  Thank you

If you log into your square dashboard and go to business settings you should see a tab named subscriptions. Under that just go to your square for retail subscription and downgrade to the Square for Retail Free version. It’s quick and easy

Here are the steps to deactivate your Square account.

Deactivate Your Account

  1. From your online Square Dashboard, go to Account & Settings.
  2. From the Personal Information tab, select Deactivate Account.
  3. Select your reason for deactivation and click Continue.
  4. Enter the verification code. ...
  5. Confirm deactivation by selecting Deactivate.

Here are the steps to contact Square Support by phone or by email:

  1. Go to https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/contact
  2. Select your topic or just click Other > I don’t see my issue, it’ll give you the option to either call or email in!

The Square Support Team is available by phone Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Some account also have access to phone support on the weekend. 😊
