How do I get my items to transfer from my iPad to the app?

I have typed in my items on the iPad but when I open the app only the categories are transferred. The individual items are not there. Suggestions?

Could you give me a little more info on how you're entering the items on the iPad?

Are you using the internet browser to bring up your Dashboard? Try signing out and back in for the items to show up in your app.
