How to enter the "receiver's" name for deliveries

(Edited from a question in another thread) I deliver floral arrangements as gifts from other people. It's confusing to us and the buyers (aka recipients) because they always put their own info in "contact info" instead of the receiver's info (using the terminology of a tech I spoke with).

In Order Fulfillment I don't see the recipient's name or contact info, only get an address. AND there is no info in the app either, only the buyer's info. Which means we have to contact the buyer EVERY TIME and ask them what the "receiver's" name is and their phone number.

I'm only seeing the buyer's name/number/email and the delivery address but not the name of the recipient. We need the name and contact info of the "receiver" and it needs to be more clear to the "recipient" (buyer) how and where to enter it!

HI, you can add a Modifier required Text Box to your items which makes it crystal clear.  Item can not be added to cart without filling out the text box.
