I am requesting receipts to be sent at the time of sale but they are no longer gererating.
The receipt option worked in the past but since our December 15 meeting, receipts are no longer generating.

Trying to figure out exactly what you are having issues with.
So a customer is typing in their email address on the receipt screen and they are not receiving them from Square? Or is it not printing after selecting print receipt on the receipts screen?

@QuadChamber - Would love to hear more details, as well. Also, please keep in mind that if a customer has shopped with you or another Square seller in the past and provided a receipt - they'll automatically receive future receipts. You won't see the receipt screen in-app.
