I can't change my MX records to Google

Hi,

 

I wanted to move to G-Suite and was unable to change my MX records. I keep getting this message:

Something went wrong.

We ran into a problem while saving your changes.
 
I purchased the G-Suite through Google directly which means I need to configure it manually (I tried purchasing through Square/Weebly but it didn't work). I entered the records just like they instruct on the Google website. Any ideas?
