I have a square chip card reader and it is flashing four red lights and it's fully charged I have no idea what happened

Sorry to hear about the trouble. 

Four flashing orange lights would indicate that your read is in pairing mode. This happens when you hold the button down for 3-6 seconds. 

If you're seeing four solid red lights, this indicates that you've induced a hard reset by holding the button down for 15-20 seconds, which can sometimes happen when sellers try to pair their reader. 

Tap the button on the front to start over, and let me know if this helps at all.

Same problem with the flashing 4 red lights. 

Sign out and sign in again. Fixed it for me.
