I updated my iPhone and now my magstripe/chip reader won’t connect. I have to key in all sales.
Any advice on how to get reader to connect?

I can't connect tho my new phone.

Couple things to try if you haven't already.
- Dubble tap the home button and swipe up the close all your apps. Now open Square and see if it connects.
- Try rebooting the phone.
- Does the connection message come up when you plug it in?
- Make sure it is fully charged.
- Do you have the current versions of Square? Try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
