For two days now I’ve been trying to invoice a customer and the invoice keeps coming back as undeliverable. She’s a repeat customer, weekly, since August. No changes in email. This has never happened before. I was able to email her from you email address and it went through just fine. What is the problem? This is very frustrating and looks unprofessional.
Hello @Jakespals & @Ireneg, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with Invoices.
This is a difficult issue to troubleshoot on the Seller Community, because more often than not it's an issue with the customers email service or an issue with invoices being sent from Square.
In both cases I recommend reaching out to our Customer Success Team so they can take a look at this.
