Is anyone else having issues running payroll the last few weeks?

Is anyone else having issues running payroll the last few weeks? 

 

I am unable to access the entire Payroll tab, to run, to see history, or Team, or settings. 

 

Square Support has informed me that my business is 'too big' and no longer supported... I wish I was told that when I started using Square Payroll over a year ago... Something fishy is going on. and now my 30 employees that cant get paid this week will be the ones suffering.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

 

We looked into this issue for you, and it appears you're already working with a Square Payroll advocate. I've been told they had to file a ticket with our Engineering team to look into this further. 

 

When we have an update on this issue, we'll make sure to post it in this thread. If you hear anything first, please feel free to post in here as well so other sellers who may be experiencing the same issue can see the resolution.
