Is there a way to disable the ability to open the cash drawer with a no sale?

Help! People are using my cash drawer to make change.

No there is not.  You can see all "no sales" Transactions by going to Sales / Transactions, then filter by date, Payment Method set to Other, and change the search from card to amount and enter 0.  This will post all no sales.
