I just got the Samsung s20 ultra. I had to get a dongle for the magistrate reader and it doesn't work.  What am I missing ?

Hey there @Hilands01 - I checked to see if the Samsung S20 Ultra has been tested by our team for compatibility, but I do not see it on our list of compatible devices. It looks like we haven't yet officially tested that device for compatibility with our hardware and software.

While we don’t officially support audio jack adapters and are not able to guarantee compatibility, other sellers have had success with the dongles listed here on this page.
