My customer is not able to download her invoice - is anyone else having this problem?

I just sent an invoice to a customer and she received an error that she is unable to download the attachement. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with this invoice. I went to check on this and everything should be working as expected. To be sure we're on the same page—is your customer having trouble downloading a file that you attached to the invoice, or are they unable to open the invoice altogether?

 

As a next step, I would suggest that they give these troubleshooting tips a run-through: Browser Troubleshooting.

 

If those don't get them where they need to be, please reply with any kind of error message or other details on where things are getting stuck. We'll take a closer look.
