My online orders end up printing 2 times to the kitchen printer at different times

I have 2 ipad terminals in the store for onsite orders but when an online order comes in it ends up printing to the kitchen printer 2 times, once right when the online order is placed and then a 2nd time during the day.  I cant figure out what is causing the 2nd printing.

Hmm, that's strange @flattopburger. My guess would be that automatic printing is enabled on both iPads, causing the order to be sent to the printer from each. First ensure that's not the case from the Printer menu in Settings, and disable the automatic printing setting on one device if so. 

 

Additionally, if you haven't already, you may want to delete and reinstall the app on each device to ensure any glitches are resolved and the app is up to date. If that doesn't do the trick we'll probably need to look a bit closer and gather more info from you. Feel to contact our Support team directly if need be!
