Hmm, that's strange @flattopburger. My guess would be that automatic printing is enabled on both iPads, causing the order to be sent to the printer from each. First ensure that's not the case from the Printer menu in Settings, and disable the automatic printing setting on one device if so.
Additionally, if you haven't already, you may want to delete and reinstall the app on each device to ensure any glitches are resolved and the app is up to date.
