My site displayed "The Connection Is Not Private"

Yesterday I got several messages on our Facebook and screenshots stating that our website may be impersonating www.teachemist.com, which is our site. Then it has a message that stated "This Connection Is Not Private". I had friends check from different parts of the state and they all received the same message. I tried to reach out to Square but have no way of getting a pin or talking with someone. I then tried republishing the site a couple of times and it began to work. What is going on?
