NO "regional rate" option using USPS through Weebly?

I have been using Square with the Weebly website integration for a couple years now, but suddenly today, there was no possibility of shipping using the "Regional Rate" boxes which are often the cheapest way to ship. Also I have to go through a second page because they seem to want us to ship everything UPS. Why?

As of Sunday 1-22-2023 the USPS is no longer using Regional Rates.

According to the article u can measure and weigh the box and ship it that way, but we called the USPS help # and were on the phone for over 3 hours combined because we were getting conflicting answers on if we could or could not use the Regional Rate Box as a Regular Box or Not without the Regional Rate pricing.
