Not Receiving Sign-Up Code

I need a sign-up code but one was sent to a dormant email address and I need to verify my new bank accountand new email. And, NO ONE picks up the phone line. Man, I need assistance!!!

I have no code and the app asks for one to do anything.  I got money sitting I can't complete requirements for.  I need access to my dashboard 850-363-1500 asap pls.

Sorry to hear you're having issues signing into the app. You don't need a customer code to login to the app, only to reach out to our CS Team. 

 

Are you able to access your account through your Dashboard? If so, you can turn off the passcode feature. 

 

This Support Article about Team Management will provide the steps to get the passcode removed.
