PAYROLL EMAILS

I have used square for about six months for my contractor payroll.  Every time up until 12/1 when I processed their payments, they received an email on their end saying payment has been initiated.  On 12/1 I processed payroll as usual.  None of them received the email.  Can someone direct me on how to resolve this?
I use payroll for contractors, direct deposit through square.

I checked in with our Payroll team about those emails, and they confirmed that those notifications get sent out two business days before the contractors actual pay out.

 

In this case, pay date is Thursday, so the emails were sent on Tuesday.
