Problems entering inventory and not syncing to other devices

We've been using Square for a couple of years and this is seemingly a new problem. When I enter inventory on one device, it's not showing up on the other devices we have registered. I am also getting an error message when I try to add stock and it says "cannot add at this time." It's extremely frustrating. Anyone else had similar issues and a way to resolve this problem? Thx!

HI, yes, this is a known sync issue with Square.  If you attempt to add inventory during the busiest time of the day or by Square Dashboard the sync will be longer.  Best advice, add inventory during off times (early AM/late PM).  Also, adding by Online Dashboard seems to sync faster.
