Sell eGift Cards when store closed

I have egift cards setup on my online store. They only seem to be available when the store is open. We're a coffee shop that takes mobile orders through our site so we are only open when the store is open. Is there a way to still sell egift cards when when we're closed?

your store hours shouldn't affect your egift card availability, our store is closed 6 months a year in winter and e-gift cards are still purchasable right now.

When our store is closed (based on the schedule setup in settings) the link to eGift cards goes away. When our store is open the link is there.

@FuelCafe That's strange, your customers should be able to order your eGift Cards anytime. I've just started an email case for you with our Customer Success team and they'll email you today to help figure out what's causing this. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
